If you can't afford health care, mental health care or can't get a job, because you are LGBTQIA; that makes you a charity case. Nothing wrong with it, accept we need our own, for our specific needs. An in real life academy, for male to females. A medical facility, that specifies in gender transitions. Making them affordable to free.
